Meet Steven.
Steven brings to 100 Abode a unique wealth of knowledge and personal insight into living in the USA on an international program. In recent years, he has worked in real estate, property management, financial planning, and tenant relations. Originally, however, he moved to the USA from Germany as an international program participant himself, with Walt Disney World.
Having taken part in these programs and built a career as a hospitality professional, Steven has developed a passion, set of values, and standards that align perfectly with the 100 Abode ethos — recognising the importance of always creating a ‘home away from home’ for program participants from around the globe.
Meet Caleb.
Caleb brings to 100 Abode a diverse background in seasonal industries. He has worked mainly with summer camps, youth programs, outdoor programming, and film festivals… all types of jobs that constantly involve moving between new places, new teams, and new groups of people from all over!
Along the way, he’s gained experience and a passion for helping others settle in and find their footing, whether that’s someone new to a team, a program, or an unfamiliar place altogether.
That familiarity with transition, and what it takes to make a new place, new experience feel comfortable, is what draws him to 100 Abode’s mission.
